LIVEABOARD TRIP SCHEDULE

  •  Departure: 3pm, 1st Day, Sorong, West Papua, or earlier if everyone arrives before and all the trip preparations have been completed.
     

  • Free transfer from local hotel or Domine Edward Osok Airport, Sorong (transfer time 20-30 mins).
     

  • Return: 5am, Last Day, Sorong, West Papua. After a light breakfast and fond farewells, we take you to the airport in time for Check-in for flight or local hotel. Note: latest WM Check-out, midday.
     

  • Last dive ends: 12pm (midday), Penultimate Day. This also allows for your minimum 18 hours surface interval.

  • Diving Gear: Full Set USD 50/ diving day (except Large tank) or if individual items then:
     

  • BCD (USD 12), Regulator (USD 12), wetsuit (USD 8), fins (USD 5), mask (USD 5),torch (USD 12), dive computer (USD12), 15L tank rental (USD12). Nitrox Enriched Air fills (USD20/ diving day or USD7/ fill).
     

  • Nitrox & Diving Gear Items priced per diving day and is subject to availability
     

  • 3mm shorty wetsuits available ONLY.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • 1st Installment - 20% deposit (non-refundable) within 7 days of confirmation
     

  • 2nd Installment - 30% additional payment (non-refundable) by 20th April 2024.
     

  • Final balance payment - 50% by 20th Sept 2024, plus Marine Park & Harbour fees, plus Fuel Surcharge fees (non-refundable).

Orca Dive Club will not be responsible for no diving due to weather conditions, for civil unrest, terrorism, strikes, illness, epidemics, accidents, injuries, damage, loss and theft, quarantine, customs regulations, changes in flight itinerary, delays, deportation or refusal of entry by immigration authorities and in case of any cancellation or changes to itinerary by the Local Government. For qualified divers, you are expected to be able to dive to a standard as per the certification and experience requirements outlined. You are responsible for your own and your buddy’s safety during the dive.
