GALAPAGOS with Orca Dive Club
03.04.2016 - 10.04.2016
On every diver’s wish list.

Its stunning marine life can be best experienced through live aboard diving.Located on the equator, 600 miles west of Ecuador. Galapagos Diving trips are not for the novice divers, the currents are strong and cold which is mainly the reason why the marine fauna is abundant. You can see large groups of Hammerhead sharks, manta rays, sea turtles, penguins, whale sharks & hundreds of dolphins all year round.

Darwin and Wolf islands in the northwest part of Galapagos are without a doubt, the main attraction of the archipelago. They form the back-bone of the live board’s itinerary. They will be mainstays of your cruise and are the tickets to give you lots of unforgettable mind-blowing underwater action.

Several oceanic currents meet in the islands which have led to an abundance of marine life equalled anywhere else in the world. This mix of sea temperatures delivers both temperate and tropical fish species. But it is the large schools of rays and sharks (seen all year round) which draws most divers to the Galapagos. Various species of turtle breed around the islands; endemic marine iguanas have adapted to the local conditions and now feed off the sea algae that thrives in the rich waters.
